Intelligent Design Squashed in Landmark Case

Praise the Lord!
Scathing, virulent & jurisprudent are words that came to mind when I perused Judge Jones' decision on intelligent design. The District Court determined that ID "cannot uncouple itself from its creationist, and thus religious, antecedents". An absolute victory for the nation. It looks as if separation of church and state is, in fact, itnact.
What's interesting is that the ID proponents who recited Gospel and called on persons to become born-again Christians (this is in a COURT OF LAW, mind you) lied like the yellow-bellied creationists they are. The defense did not relent from their stand that ID is a secular and, therefore, fully legal doctrine. My hero of the week award goes straight to Judge Jones, for serving justice where justice needed to be served. Hats off to you, Judge.

The best part..."Activist Judge Jones" was appointed by none other than George W. Bush.
